Bikram Yoga is a demanding series of 26-postures (asana) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas) completed in an order specifically designed to provide optimal health and longevity.

Classes are 90 minutes long and are conducted in a room intentionally heated to 37ºC to warm up the whole body, allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to change/regenerate your body from the inside out.

Bikram yoga is a preventative and therapeutic yoga system that will reduce the
symptoms of chronic illness or injury. The class is designed for all levels -
first-time students and experienced practitioners alike.

In time, you learn to focus your mind and control your breath, leading you to
work harder, deeper and yet calmer. As you improve this relationship, you will
realise the true meaning of yoga: a union of the body, mind and spirit.

Bikram yoga increases flexibility, improves circulation and reduces stress, to provide an infinite number of benefits. The more you put into the class, the more you will get out of it. It is a wonderful journey.
