Mats and Towels are a must.

Bring water.

Please remove shoes and socks - Yoga is done barefoot.

No perfume or oils before class - if you have them on,
please wash them off before class.

Whether you are walking in or out of the yoga room, please
close the door after you.

Please leave quietly after class as some people like to lay quietly afterwards.

Please no jewellery or watches.

No bags, wallets or other personal items in the yoga room -
- particularly no mobile phones or pagers! There are locker facilities at the studio.

Please remember to take your clothes, towels and other personal
belongings with you after class.

Classes start promptly - please be on time - aim to arrive 15 minutes early
- late arrivals will not be admitted into the yoga room.

Please do not turn your mats and towels - you must develop your
own strength and support
.

Classes are 90 minutes

Wear light clothing (sweats not recommended) and be prepared to sweat!

Do not eat for at least 2 hours before class

All classes suitable for beginners and experienced students. First-timers
please advise your instructor so that they may better instruct you.

Keep showering time to a minimum at the studio for the benefit of all.

If you must leave the room during class, or need to use the restroom, please do so between poses and ensure you close the door behind you.

Before class, keep talk to a minimum and talk softly - relax.

After class, please do not talk for 15 minutes or so as others like to lay
quietly.
